Welcome to Better Body Sculpting. We are committed to helping you look and feel your best through non-invasive body contouring and wellness support. By booking any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Packages & Refund Policy

Our service packages are thoughtfully designed to deliver results over time. When you purchase a multi-session package, please understand that results are cumulative and consistent attendance is key.

• All package sales are final.
  We do not offer refunds for partially used packages.
  This policy protects our business from abuse and ensures fairness to all clients.

• If you are unable to continue for any reason (including scheduling, finances, or personal circumstances), unused sessions may be transferred to a friend or family member with written notice and approval.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a loss of session or a $50 fee.

• Repeated cancellations may affect your eligibility for future bookings or discounts.
  We value your time and ours—please arrive on time and communicate promptly if changes arise.

3. Results & Responsibility

While we provide expert treatments, your results depend on several lifestyle factors.

• For best results, we strongly encourage:

  • Drinking at least 64 oz of water per day

  • Avoiding alcohol for 72 hours pre- and post-session

  • Wearing compression garments as advised

  • Light physical activity (minimum 20 minutes/day)

  • Detox support such as dry brushing or teas

Body sculpting works with your body—not instead of it. Your consistency supports your outcome.

4. Health Disclosure & Consent

Clients must complete all intake and consent forms honestly and thoroughly.

• You agree to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or health changes.

• Better Body Sculpting reserves the right to decline service if a treatment is contraindicated or unsafe.

5. Photography Consent

We love celebrating your transformation!

• Before & after photos are taken for tracking purposes.

• With your signed photo release, images may be used for marketing or education.
  (You may opt out of public sharing by declining the photo release form.)

6. Payment Plans

We offer flexible Buy Now, Pay Later options including Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal, and Affirm.

• Payment is due in full (or through a verified payment plan) prior to receiving any service.

• All sales are final.

7. Respect & Expectations

Better Body Sculpting is a woman-owned wellness space grounded in empowerment, professionalism, and results. Disrespectful behavior, inappropriate comments, or repeated boundary violations will result in dismissal from our client list.
