Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have a clear cancellation policy in place:

1. Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 cancellation fee or loss of session if booked as part of a package.

  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We allow a 10-minute grace period; after that, your session may be shortened or marked as a no-show.

2. No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit that session (if part of a package) or be charged the full session amount.

  • Two or more no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

3. Repeat Rescheduling

We understand life happens. However, frequent rescheduling or last-minute changes affect both our ability to serve you and others.

  • More than two cancellations in a 30-day period may result in limited booking availability.

  • Clients with repeated scheduling issues may be asked to prepay in full for all future sessions.

4. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen.

  • In the event of a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
    We may waive fees at our discretion, especially with documentation or respectful communication.

  • If we need to reschedule your session, we will do our best to accommodate you promptly and with care.
